Every piece of Embers and Maple jewellery is handmade with care, and I want you to love what you receive. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping, returns and my satisfaction guarantee.
Shipping
Handcrafted Beaded Jewellery
Each piece is handmade to order.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your jewellery to be carefully handcrafted before it is dispatched.
Impression Jewellery
Ordering impression jewellery is a little different.
Once your order is placed, I'll post your impression kit within 3 business days. After you've captured your impression and returned it to me, please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for your piece to be cast, finished, quality checked and packaged before it's ready to be shipped.
Every impression piece is individually handcrafted from your unique fingerprint, paw print or nose print, making it a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
I want you to absolutely love your jewellery.
That's why all of my handcrafted beaded jewellery is backed by a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If your piece isn't quite right for any reason, simply get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order and I'll work with you to make it right.
Because every impression piece is individually handcrafted from your own unique impression, these pieces aren't covered by the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and can't be returned for change of mind.
That said, your keepsake is incredibly important to me. If you have any concerns about your finished piece, please don't hesitate to contact me. I'll always take the time to chat through your concerns and do everything I reasonably can to ensure you're happy with the final result.
Returns & Exchanges
Handcrafted Beaded Jewellery
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided your jewellery:
- is unworn
- is in its original condition
- is returned in its original packaging.
To arrange a return, please email hello@embersandmaple.com.au with your order number and reason for your return. I'll provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions for sending your jewellery back.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- I don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different piece, simply place a new order once your return has been processed.
Impression Jewellery
Because every impression piece is custom made from your own fingerprint, paw print or nose print, these pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
If your jewellery arrives damaged, develops a manufacturing fault, or you have any concerns about your finished piece, please contact me as soon as possible. I'll always work with you to find the best possible solution.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your jewellery has arrived damaged, is faulty, or you've received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photographs where possible.
I'll assess the issue as quickly as possible and arrange an appropriate solution.
